Habitual aims to be a name that does justice to a culinary philosophy that moves away from artifice and originality at any price.
Under the idea of the «super normal» a brand is born that puts its purpose before its design: to count without tricks a sincere story about what we are going to eat.
A story whose origin is beyond the kitchen
Ricard Camarena has been working directly with producers for years, understanding that his kitchen does not start in the kitchen without the fields around València.
It is important to tell this story because the guests who come to Habitual deserve to know that what they are eating has an origin and that behind each dish there is a story.

Valencia is the third most important city in Spain and nevertheless maintains around it a garden ring that makes it unique in Europe. In this environment, both rural and urban, knowledge and traditions coexist, such as ceramics, which are part of the Habitual concept.
